Common Questions

  • Email us at support@neurosoullab.com with a short description of the problem, the steps to reproduce it, and your device and OS version. A screenshot or screen recording helps us track it down faster. You can also use the contact form below.
  • To access the account deletion option:

    1. Open the app and tap the Profile tab located at the bottom of the screen.
    2. On the Profile screen, select Settings.
    3. You will be redirected to the Settings page.
    4. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page, where you will find the Delete Account option.

    When you select Delete Account, the account is permanently deleted immediately. All associated user data is removed from the system, including but not limited to:

    - Profile information
    - Profile image(s)
    - Email address
    - Account settings
    - Any other personal data linked to the account

    Once the deletion process is completed, the account and its associated information cannot be recovered.
